Play: Developmental Play

Babies develop through social interaction, exploration, sensory input, movement and play. This service is designed to assess if your baby is on track developmentally in regard to sensory motor skills, and to provide parents with activities and strategies of how to optimize your infant’s development.

Recommended When:

  • The parents question if their baby is meeting developmental milestones

  • The parents want to know how to play with their infant

  • The parents want to create a baby friendly environment

  • Your baby dislikes “tummy time” and / or cries

  • Your baby has plagiocephaly (flat head)

  • The parents have questions regarding toys, positional devices, and infant equipment

  • Your Pediatrician recommends OT for your baby
